By: Michelle Nuno
4 billion views!? These 10 music videos are off the

curious to find out why and how these are the most-
viewed keep reading.

10. Blank space by Taylor Swift (2.2b views)
Blank Space by Taylor Swift was posted on November
10, 2014 and is about one of  her ex-boyfriends (as you

York and the Woolworth Mansion. This also became the
third most-viewed music video by a female artist.

9.) Roar by katy perry (2.3b views)

Roar by Katy Perry was first released on September 5,
2013 and is about standing up for yourself and having
courage to do new things. In the music video Katy and
her boyfriend crash a plane in the middle of a jungle and
her boyfriend ends up being attacked by a tiger. She
then learns to tame the jungle animals (tiger, elephant,
monkeys) and becomes part of the whole jungle itself.
This is the most viewed music video that Katy Perry
has ever released.

On August 18, 2014 Taylor released what would soon be

this video is… and no it’s not about one of her ex-

Walker. It was in the movie Fast and Furious 7 as
well. The song won many awards and was the best-
selling song of 2015. See You Again has 18 million
likes and 600k dislikes.

1.) Despacito by Enrique Iglesias ft. Daddy Yankee

(4.7b views)
Now for number one, (even if you would have guessed
it already) is Despacito with 4.7 billion views in less than
a year. This was the first music video to reach 3 billion
views which made it reach the number one spot and the
views are still growing each time. The original version
was posted on January 12, 2017 and the remix that
features Justin Bieber was posted on April 17, 2017.
The remix version is what really got it attention to
other people (aka non-spanish speakers). Despacito

“One Sweet Day”.
