The Mighty Tigers

Northwest Middle School Lady Basketball Tigers have had a lot of successful seasons. This year is no exception as they near a perfect season currently sitting at 7-0!

The Lady’s have excelled this season.  Northwest Middle School’s coaches agree with that notion.  If they win today we will have the #1 team in K.C.K.  Most people see basketball as a male dominate sport. But, the Lady Tigers are showing that they have game too.

People should enjoy playing and being apart of this wonderful sport. The love of this game should be in everyone’s heart. Coaches believe this as well. ”I love the sport and want to teach young athletes how to play." said Coach Minor Head Girls Basketball Coach of Northwest Middle School.  You have to appreciate the head coaches sentiments.  Without coaches athletes couldn’t realize their potential.

Even though their winning season has been terrific these tigers have been doing their best academically, too. Without their grades and behavior these lady tigers wouldn’t be able to accomplish what they did on the court. These acts ensure their playing in games and getting a well deserved education.

I hope our girls finish undefeated today but whatever the case may be, I support them either way. I can go on and on about how Mighty the Northwest tigers have been, but I’ll close with this. Go, fight, win Northwest Lady Tigers.  You have our support!
