Over the years Apple has created new and updated versions of the iPhone. There are a lot of conspiracies that shroud the popular phone maker though. Click ‘Read More’ to read about some of the theories that have been made about Apple and its devices.
As we all know the most popular cellular device is the iPhone. Apple also offers other devices such as the iPad , iPod , Macbook, Apple Watch , and Apple tv. Apple releases new versions and updates of these devices every year or so. These updates might include different design , better camera , more storage , new software and so on. But what if all of these different products combine into some type of mini robot that controls your life?
Is it always listening to you ?
One of the features that Apple provides is Siri. Siri is a computer controlled voice that can be used to search the web, make calls, or send messages. You can communicate with Siri by pressing a button or just saying “Hey Siri”. Some say that with this feature Apple is always listening. How does it know when your talking to Siri? Apple has claimed that your phone is programed to activate when those words are said , but is that true ?
Is It Watching You?
Most people don't believe Apple is listening to you, they believe it's watching you. As weird and scary as this may sound it is a theory. For example say you have just downloaded a new app , as you open the app one of the first things that pops up is ¨allow camera access¨ or something along those lines.Without knowing you click ¨allow¨. The creator of the app can now watch you or have access to all your photos and videos. To me that seems a little unbelievable but you never know.
The Slowdown
Have you noticed that each time a new iPhone releases your iPhone gets slower? If you did you are not the only one. Most users have claimed that their iPhones slowed down after a new one was released. Some people think that Apple does this on purpose so that customers buy the newest version , that way Apple makes lots of profit. Once again Apple came out and said that the older iPhones do get slower but its not on purpose. Its to help prevent a shutdown on your phone due to aging battery.
Fingerprint
A feature that was first added on the iPhone 5 was the fingerprint. This makes unlocking your phone much easier. Many people see this as an opportunity for Apple to get peoples fingerprints. There are many theories about what apple uses these fingerprints for, such as it being a way of having more information about us. Of course this is just a theory and nothing has yet proven it to be true.
Apple Logo
Many people make up theories about the logo on the back of each device , which is an apple with a piece on the side missing. This logo has been connected with Adam and Eve and how Eve took a bite of a poisonous apple. It was also connected with Alan Turing a computer scientist who was harassed for being homosexual, he died after he ate an apple filled with cyanide. After this theory was made Rob Janoff , the logo creator said the logo of the apple has a missing piece because Steve Jobs did not want the logo to look like a cherry.
Obviously these are just theories not facts, but are these new updates a way for apple to access information? Comment down below do you think any of these theories are real?
who know maybe you are right on all of the theories but I don't have an iPhone so i'm good.
