Sleep
is important because it affects your every day life. If you don’t get enough sleep it will slow
you down but if you sleep too much it can haunt your productivity. Here are my top 5 reasons why you should not
under sleep or over sleep.
1.
People who don’t under sleep. Usually
don’t wake up with pain like headaches, neck pain, and tiredness.
2. Under sleeping can cause you to be in a bad mood
and people will not want to deal with you.
3. Under sleeping can cause you to be too tired
to learn because you can fall asleep in class.
4.
People who get enough sleep wake
up prepared to do a great job in school or also on their job.
5.
Students that over sleep don't
want to wake up for school in the morning and they miss the bus and become
tardy.
If you’re a busy student like me don’t shortchange
your rest. Get some sleep because you
deserve it. But when it’s time to get up
jump up and get going so you can be successful in school.
I like this cause it shows me if i dont get enough sleep i will fall asleep in class
